By accessing and using AeroFunnel, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AeroFunnel is a web analytics tool that provides website owners with insights into their conversion funnels. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee 100% uptime, although we aim for 99.9%.

3. Fair Use

While our $10/mo plan offers "unlimited" funnels and events, this is subject to a fair use policy. If your website receives enterprise-level traffic (e.g., billions of events per month) that degrades the performance of our shared infrastructure, we reserve the right to pause your account and discuss a custom enterprise plan.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, distribute malware, or engage in abusive behavior towards our support staff.
